Sure, we love to make sales and see the money roll into our bank accounts But one of the keys to a successful small business is not just getting customers but keeping them. Most biz owners focus on the short-term. In the Loyalty stage, though, we’re going to discuss how to reward your customers and increase customer value so you can continue your long-term relationship and CLV (customer lifetime value).


Homework

Write the body of 1 email you will send to customer or clients to recommend the next product or service that will deliver value in the customer journey.

Extra credit

Collection Sets: Write a message that positions your product as a part of a set, and encourages customers to buy in to complete the set
